As my friends and regular readers of my blogs know, I am a terrible procrastinator! I love dreaming and it seems that I equally love wasting my time. I get distracted really easily and tend to drift off into dreamworld unless I’m pressed with some sort of deadline or am under a lot of pressure, that’s when I really kick in and start working like I should.

Pity my Canon Digital IXUSi no longer works, it took such good photos without much effort on my part. I miss my camera!! Any suggestions for a good point and shoot digital camera that always takes fabulous shots?

So as you might know from previous posts, I have a vegetable garden at the back of the house. We only started this new gardening adventure this year so we are really newbies and made a few mistakes as could be expected. We were blessed with many vegetables nonetheless.

When you were younger, what did you want to be “when you grew up”?
Well, this is an interesting one. As I was growing up I changed my mind many times, here is a list of all the things I wanted to be:
Before first grade I think it was a policewoman so I could catch the bad people :p
In first grade I distinctly remember the moment I decided I wanted to be a teacher.

1. I enjoy reading blogs about family, homeschooling and crafts or hobbies even though I’m not married, have no kids and hardly ever make time for my hobbies!
This is the first time I take part in Thankful Thursday. I usually write my thanks on the Sunday Seven post, but I might have something else to post on there next time. This year has been particularly eventful and stressful all at the same time. The whole family has had many trials and both my mom and I have had some persistent health issues. In fact she is going for knee surgery tomorrow.
This summer I worked at a summer camp in the UK. It was my first time in England and I really enjoyed it! The first photo was taken on day trip at the park. Unfortunately I am not tall enough to have gotten a shot from the top as the students walked zig-zag through the gate in a long line. I still think the photo came out wonderfully though… especially considering that after about half an hour my camera actually died! It just stopped taking photos properly. They all come out white as if there is way too much exposure. I have tried all the settings but cannot figure it out. So sad…
